Her career began in Seattle in residential real estate, where she discovered her passion for helping people find the right space whether for their families or their businesses.

Over the years, Vanessa expanded into commercial real estate, developing a strong track record in retail, office, and industrial transactions. She went on to hold executive leadership roles with nationally recognized brands, shaping growth strategies, negotiating complex deals, and managing expansive portfolios. After two decades with Jack in the Box, Vanessa and her family relocated to Athens in 2020, where she served as Chief Development Officer for Zaxby’s.

Though her career has taken her from the West Coast to the Southeast, Vanessa found her forever home in Athens. Drawn to its vibrant energy, welcoming community, and charming college-town atmosphere, she and her husband, Paul, a Georgia native, are proud to raise their blended family that includes six sons, here in Oconee County.

In addition to her extensive real estate background, Vanessa has a love for design and home renovations. She enjoys envisioning the potential in a property and helping clients see how thoughtful updates and creative solutions can transform a house into a dream home.
